Job Description

Position Summary

  • Serve food and beverage items to guests in a friendly, enthusiastic, professional and timely manner in order to meet and exceed customers’ needs and business requirements.  
  • Ensure adherence to service standards and operating procedures established.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and service to maximize revenue.

Primary Responsibility

  • Take orders for and serve all food and beverage requests, using suggestive selling techniques
  • Clear tables during service, control guest checks and secure proper payment using prescribed cash handling procedures
  • Utilize prescribed cash handling procedures to accurately charge customers, create forecast and revenue reports and write correspondence
  • Ensure station and table set up are completed and performed various side duties as assigned
  • Perform any job duties assigned by Supervisors

Requirements

  • Related hospitality training preferred but not essential
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers
  • Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in similar role
  • Fluency in Cantonese. Knowledge of English and Mandarin will be an advantage
