Job Description
- Generating demand for company products and achieving the sales budgets assigned by company.
- Drive sales performance and ensure sales forecasts and assigned budgets meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of market, demographic, and managed markets information relative to assigned sales territory.
- Ensuring product enlisting in the accounts from the territory.
- Ensuring customer coverage and execution of marketing activities as per strategy.
- Facilitating on-time availability of medicines.
- Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc
Educational qualification: Bachelors degree in Science or Business
Minimum work experience: 3 to 5 years of sales experience in Oncology
Skills & attributes:
- In depth knowledge about customers, territory and Oncology Market
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
- Experience in organizing and executing sales and marketing programs in the territory.
- Strong customer focus and KOL engagement.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Good collaboration skills and works effectively as part of a team
