Our mission is to underwrite superintelligence. We red-team, certify, and insure agents, e.g. ElevenLabs, UiPath, Intercom. Soon, agents will take on critical work in hospitals, banks and governments. This could create abundance - or go terribly wrong. History teaches us that standards and insurance are capitalism’s best tools for making risk legible and shaping incentives. We’ve built the gold standard for agent security & reliability, AIUC-1, with 100+ CISOs from the Fortune 1000. The role
The founding GTM growth hire will own AIUC's positioning and growth, and shape our GTM approach and company culture. Your immediate top priority is leading our customer-led growth motion.
AIUC-1 is becoming the certification standard for AI agents and in the last three months we've certified the category leaders in every major AI vertical: ElevenLabs (voice), Intercom (customer service), UiPath (workflow automation), Lovable (coding), and another handful we'll announce soon. ~200 of the Fortune 500 security leaders are a part of our consortium and the world's leading auditors are reaching out to become accredited. Your job is to package the existing demand into the proof points that compound the next hundred.
You'll work directly with AIUC-1 certified companies to tell their story — why they certified, how it helps with building enterprise trust — and package it into social campaigns, SEO/AEO, case studies, joint webinars, events, OOH, podcast spots, and partner co-marketing. This is a high-agency operator role. You'll define the metrics, run the experiments, scale the team, and work directly with the founders.
To be successful, we think you have:
Built credibility and influenced senior enterprise decision-makers, and communicated complex technical or strategic concepts in writing with clarity that moved people to action
Owned delivery of specific outcomes (engagement metrics, client expansion, product launches) in environments where you had to build the playbook while executing it
Either operated at the founding-team layer of a high-growth company in a hands-on B2B SaaS / AI marketer role, or delivered as a top-tier consultant with significant ownership over client outcomes
Built and run customer marketing or demand generation programs at a B2B SaaS or AI company selling to enterprise (case studies, customer advocacy, references, webinars, conferences, organic content engines)
Owned content production end-to-end, working closely with sales to translate closed-won outcomes into marketing motions
