Job Description
- Hire and grow a brand new team with a mission to bring the world's media rights holders to YouTube and help them grow.
- Drive the growth of Media Company (MediaCos) on YouTube, both the number of MediaCos with pay-gated content and their success.
- Build premium features in YouTube Studio for MediaCos. Take ownership of storage infrastructure, workflow, pipelines for managing and publishing content to YouTube systems.
- Establish appropriate incentives and performance standards to influence Media companies to provide high quality videos and metadata on YouTube. Manage integration with third-party metadata providers.
- Set a healthy engineering culture in psychological safety and collaboration.
