About Energy, Resources and Infrastructure
Our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure practice group advises on some of Australia’s most complex energy and infrastructure projects. The team supports major projects across their full lifecycle, bringing together expertise in projects, construction, infrastructure, regulation and operations.
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Energy, Resources and Infrastructure team. This role supports three Partners including Head of the Group along with their lawyers, and sits within the broader Banking and Projects practice.
This is a key role providing trusted support in an Executive Assistant capacity to Partners. You will be proactive, responsive and confident managing competing priorities, while bringing energy and initiative to a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with the partners and team to deliver high-quality administrative and organisational support, including supporting broader team and practice coordination activities.
Role overview
Your day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Managing complex diaries and emails
- Coordinating frequent travel, including detailed itineraries, flights and accommodation
- Supporting monthly billing, reporting and accounts management
- Maintaining documents and files across multiple matters
- Liaising with clients and other stakeholders
- Managing e-filing processes
- Supporting team and practice coordination activities
- Providing ad hoc administrative support as required
About you
You are a capable and senior Executive Assistant, ideally with a legal administrative background, who will bring:
- At least five years’ experience as an Executive Assistant or legal secretary
- Experience working in a law firm or legal environment
- Strong organisational skills, including diary management
- Advanced document production and formatting skills
- A high level of attention to detail and reliability
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence using Microsoft Office
