You will oversee core HR infrastructure including payroll, benefits, compliance, employment taxes, HR systems, immigration coordination, and global workforce operations across multiple regions. The role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution, ensuring People Ops processes remain accurate, scalable, and compliant as the organization grows. You will also lead a distributed operations team, providing structure, coaching, and clear priorities to support high-quality service delivery. Partnering closely with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, you will help shape a seamless employee experience powered by strong systems and automation.
