Identify and prioritize SSC workshop efficiency levers, including tooling, mechanization, layout optimization, prefabrication, and digital work support.
Provide execution‑phase control for major maintenance events, including daily progress routines, constraint management, productivity tracking, QA/QC checks, and lessons learned.
Collaborate with site delivery leaders (TA, investment projects, construction) to embed execution requirements, clarify responsibilities, and remove constraints early.
