Job Description
- (1) Monitor grants & contracts and move forward with close-out, extension or renewal according to what’s best for the company and solve any contract-related problems that may arise with other parties and internally with the company itself.
- (2) Craft, evaluate, review and monitor a wide variety of different contracts covering a range of transactions.
- (3) Mitigates common contract management risks, such as financial, legal, and security risks.
- (4) Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract and grant-related matters.
- (5) Creates a database of contract templates, such as non-disclosures, non-competes, release forms, partnership agreements, purchase orders, employment contracts, and independent contractor agreements.
- Maintains confidentiality of all contracts & grants.
- Responds to requests from internal departments and makes sure all grants & contracts are drafted and executed promptly and correctly.
- Develops strong working relationships with colleagues across departments and seniority levels.
- Adheres to all federal, state, and local business laws and regulations and company policies.
- Create and maintain relationships with suppliers and serve as the singular point of contact for matters concerning contracts in accordance with company policies
- Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.
- Ensure ≥ 95% of active grants and contracts remain compliant with internal policies, funder requirements, and regulatory obligations through regular monitoring and reporting.
- Achieve ≥ 90% on-time execution of contract/grant close-outs, renewals, or extensions prior to expiration dates.
- Maintain ≥ 98% accuracy in internal and external grant/contract compliance reports, including financial reconciliations and deliverable tracking.
- Resolve ≥ 90% of contract- or grant-related compliance issues or stakeholder inquiries within 5 business days.
- Maintain 100% of active contracts and grants stored in the centralized database using standardized templates.
- High School Diploma/GED
- Associate degree in business administration, finance, project management or related field preferred
- Some related experience in business administration, finance, project management or related field preferred.
- Good oral and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledgeable of payer and vendor contract management
- Good organizational and self-motivational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skill
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Must have reliable transportation

- Clinic hours are Monday - Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
