A pleasant 3 hour drive north of Melbourne, our Cobram Food Processing Facility is located on the banks of the Murray River in the picturesque Goulburn Valley. This setting offers a relaxed lifestyle while providing great facilities for team members and their families. The Cobram site specialises in processing sheep and goats and has the ability to handle over 4,000 head per day, operating five days per week. Growing to employ over 390 team members, the Cobram facility offers excellent career opportunities across many aspects of meat processing.

About the Role
We are currently recruiting Team Members - Process Workers & Labourers and Render Plant Operators to join our Cobram Plant team!
The hourly rate for Process and Labourers is $28.14 (Grade 7 - entry level). Render Plant Operators is starting rate is $29.96 (Grade 5) as per the JBS Australia Pty Limited Cobram Enterprise Agreement 2023. Your responsibilities will include:
- Packing or sorting of meat
- Stacking cartons onto pallets
- Trimming products
- Pushing carcases
Render Operators
- Operating Render plant - working across various shifts
- Boiler Certificate and Forklift licence and advantage for these roles

- Ability to work in a repetitive and fast paced environment
- Be willing to receive a QFever vaccination
- Be reliable and punctual
- Have access to reliable transport to and from work
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
