We are hiring a: Junior Sales Support SpecialistLocation: Lędziny, hybridAbout the Role:
As a Junior Sales Support Specialist at Watlow, you will join a Shared Customer Service Center team that supports customer and business operations across Europe, as well as selected global accounts. Your primary focus will be on order management, helping ensure that customer orders are accurately received, reviewed, and entered into internal systems, while supporting smooth day-to-day cooperation with sales offices and internal stakeholders. This role is well suited to someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable working in an evolving environment, and motivated to build experience in customer-facing processes.
This position is offered on a fixed-term employment contract, running until the end of December 2027.
What You’ll Do:
Own and coordinate end-to-end customer order management process (from order entry to delivery and invoicing) across multiple systems and regions
Act as a key point of contact between Customers, Front Offices, Sales, Production, Logistics and Finance
Manage and monitor customer orders in ERP system (Oracle), ensuring data accuracy and timely updates
Coordinate production and shipment expedites, proactively addressing delays and supply constraints
Verify feasibility of customer requirements from material, production and logistics perspective, and drive necessary changes
Handle complex and non-standard customer requests, ensuring alignment across all stakeholders gaps
Coordinate any non-standard Customer requests
Identify and resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, system limitations or process gaps
What You´ll Need to Succeed?
Master or Batchelor’s Degree (Logistics, Economy or related preferred)
MS Office knowledge
Ability to work under time pressure
English literacy (level B2 or higher)
Knowledge of ERPS such as SAP/ORACLE and Lean Manufacturing concept will be an advantage
