  • Brindar apoyo permanente a la labor docente, supervisando el cumplimiento administrativo (turnos de profesores, orden en las aulas, control interno, apoyo a la Dirección de Ciclo, cuidado de material pedagógico, entre otras).
  • Verificar la justificación de atrasos e inasistencias de los estudiantes por parte de los padres y/o apoderados.
  • Emitir los reportes a la Dirección de Ciclo, sobre las novedades que acontezcan, en lo referido a cumplimientos de horarios, asistencia y disciplina interna.
  • Gestionar el clima de convivencia escolar del colegio.
  • Controlar el retiro anticipado de los estudiantes de su jornada de clases, asegurándose de la autorización del apoderado.
  • Desarrollar las acciones establecidas por el colegio para reemplazar a profesores, en aquellos casos de inasistencias.
  • Colaborar en el trabajo de planificación y elaboración de material en los distintos niveles y de acuerdo con las necesidades y requerimientos del ciclo.
  • Apoyar al Comité de Buena Convivencia Escolar.
  • Participar activamente en el Comité de Compliance y Salvaguarda.
