Job Summary
The Process Improvement Analyst serves as both a tactical and a strategic partner enhancing operational efficiency and AI evaluation. The role will work collaboratively across the bank to identify opportunities to assess and drive process consistent operational efficiencies designed to reduce friction and pain points for both employees and customers. This position is responsible for conducting discovery sessions with various business units to understand current-state processes, identify variations, and uncover opportunities for improvement. Additionally, this position will participate in HTB’s AI evaluation and implementation process.
