📍 Oak River Rehab Center | 3300 Franklin St, Anderson, CA 96007
🕒 Friday - Sunday (3 days) x 12-hour shifts (6:00 AM-6:00 PM)
AM Shift and NOC Shift available
💵 $27–$37/hr (DOE)

Hourly pay: $27–$37/hr depending on experience

Deliver compassionate care to residents with skill and dignity
Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary staff
Administer medications and treatments accurately
Keep detailed documentation and ensure quality care plans
Make a difference in the lives of others—every single shift
✅ What We’re Looking For:
Active California LVN license and in good standing
A team player with strong clinical and communication skills
Someone who brings positivity, reliability, and heart to the workplace
Previous SNF or rehab experience is a plus—but we’ll train the right person!
