We are expanding our HR team and are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated:

HR COORDINATOR

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: job ads, CV screening, interview scheduling, follow-ups;

  • Communicate with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience;

  • Assist in onboarding processes and documentation for new hires;

  • Maintain employee files and HR documentation;

  • Respond to employee queries and provide administrative support;

  • Participate in various HR projects and initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

  • University degree (or ongoing studies) in HR, Business Administration, or related field;

  • Previous experience in HR or admin is an advantage;

  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills;

  • Excellent communication and a positive, service-oriented mindset;

  • High attention to detail and respect for confidentiality;

  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

  • Fluency in English.
