Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end‑to‑end RFP responses for Pharma clients, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Develop and maintain cost models to support proposals and commercial discussions.
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic clients, maintaining strong, professional relationships.
- Coordinate and lead client meetings, ensuring clear communication and follow-up.
- Work cross functionally with regulatory, operational, and commercial teams to gather information and shape proposals.
- Track pipeline activity and report on client engagement and RFP outcomes.
- Key account management
- Management of CRM
Required Skills & Experience
- Degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., life sciences, biology, chemistry, pharmacology).
- Experience in business development, account management, proposal management, or a similar client facing role.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear commercial messaging.
- Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
- Competence with cost models, pricing structures, and commercial frameworks.
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Expanded Access Programs, Managed Access, or related pharma/biotech environments.
- Familiarity with RFP processes in scientific or regulated industries.
