Job Description
Role:
A pivotal role within each Client EAP Program team, the role of Program Associate supports the Program Manager, Program Director and wider cross functional team with all aspects of the day to day functioning of the EAP Program. The Program associate will be a key point of contact for clients on a day to day basis and will interact regularly with the cross functional team to ensure all program metrics remain on track.
This role provides the opportunities to learn the fundamentals of EAP Program management for individuals looking to progress into a Program Management role or develop their careers within the wider Uniphar Pharma business
Responsibilities:
• Maintaining and updating project plans and ensuring the Program is running to time and schedule
• Undertakes all aspects of Client onboarding administration liaising with colleagues in quality, finance and legal to ensure all activities are in place prior to program go live
• Organizes weekly client calls including working with the Program Manager to set clear meeting agendas, note taking and timely provision of minutes and actions to clients
• Supports with day to day client queries and escalates and follows up internally to ensure appropriate and timely answers are provided
• Works closely with the Program co-ordinator team to track and understand the status of HCP enquires, requests and orders. Is able to provide weekly updates to Clients during weekly meetings
• Tracking of all monthly reporting, inventory and maintains budget forecast for provision to clients
• Produces monthly reports for clients aside the Program Manager
• Supports client invoicing at end of month
• Deputizes for Program Manager in periods of absence or leave
Candidate Requirements
- Educated to degree level ideally in a life sciences discipline
- Competent with Microsoft Office and able to easily navigate Power point, Excel and Word
- Good written and communication skills and capable of independently managing straight forward communications with clients
- A desire to build a career within the Pharmaceutical industry and a keenness to learn the basis of the interesting yet sometimes complex world of Expanded Access
- These should be a mix of technical skills (i.e. specific skills required to succeed) and behavioural skills (i.e. communication, attitude etc.)
- Must be able to undertake reasonable levels of travel to satisfy internal requirements and client requirements
