Distribution Manager

In this role you will provide leadership and direction for day-to-day distribution operations to ensure customer demand is met consistently and efficiently Ensure all operational activities are conducted safely and reliably in full compliance with HAZMAT and Department of Transportation (DOT) documentation requirements You will be responsible for maintaining supply reliability for customers and locations, ensuring all medical gas deliveries comply with FDA standards and Linde's quality assurance system Schedule delivery of packaged and cryogenic products to meet internal goals, customer expectation and operational standards Maintain, review and verify work order summaries to ensure timely shipments You will lead safety initiatives, including adminsistering safety training, conducting evaluations, and overseeing accident investigations Manage personnel fairly and consistently, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages motivation, information sharing, and employee empowerment
