Responsibilities

Major Job Activities:
- Duties may include support of complex and/or technologically challenging tasks including the leadership in generating the Task Plan and Cost Proposal
- Responsible for day-to-day program areas of Project Management, QC, Safety, HR, Finance, Contracts, Logistics, ESH, and all other departments
- Develops, maintains, and reports technical performance metrics which effectively measure the level of performance in execution of the SOW and IDIQ Task Orders
- Provides direction and discipline to employees and is responsible for the evaluation of personnel performance
- Develops, implements and applies management control procedures. Ensures that quality standards are applied to all levels of the work and measured for effectiveness
- Establishes policies and procedures for performance and control of all company business management functions
- Directs/monitors the development of project standard operating procedures and project orders.
- Monitors the performance of department managers and supervisors and submission of CDRL reports
- Serves as the principal liaison between company and Government
- Interfacing with Government contracting authorities, using agencies, technical representatives and managers. Directs and approves contract modifications
- Approves budget, monitors contractual performance and costs of the work and takes action to minimize/correct discrepant conditions
- Establishes and monitors the overall TQM program. Ensures all cascade training is performed, and realistic goals are established for the project
- Manages and tracks TO Budget on a periodic basis and provides financial reports to the Senior Task Order Manager
- Tracks all payments and financial information within the Task Order and for all TO Contracts and Purchase Orders
- Participates as required, and directed, in all financial internal and external audits
- Ensures all employees adhere to and comply with the US military general orders
- Performs other duties as assigned
Material & Equipment Directly Used:
- Personal computers using Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook), printers, and other forms of office equipment
Working Environment:
- The worker is subject to extreme temperatures. The worker is subject to outside environmental conditions. No effective protection from the weather. Consideration should be given to the effect of other environmental conditions, such as heat, wind, and humidity
- The worker is subject to atmospheric conditions. One or more of the following conditions that affect the respiratory system of the skin: fumes, odors, dust, mists, gases, or poor ventilation
- The worker is subject to both environmental conditions. Activities occur inside and outside
Physical Activities:
- Light work. Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently, and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects. If the use of arm and/or leg controls requires exertion of forces greater than that for sedentary work and the worker sits most of the time, the job is rated for light work
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- US Citizen and may require the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance
- Valid US Passport
- A valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a U.S. Government Motor Vehicle Operator's License and a host nation Driver's License
Education / Certifications:
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Contract Administration, Industrial Management or equivalent
Experience / Skills:
- Minimum of 12 years of related project management experience
- Five years specialized experience in operating administrative or managerial activities in a type of work for a combination of logistical functions directly related to industrial operations
- Specialized areas of experience include: logistics support in the areas of supply, maintenance and transportation Interrelated functions of the Army's financial management and general accounting requirements as they relate to the total responsibility of the contract; an understanding of the Army's data processing systems as they relate to the total logistical responsibility of the contract
- Able to effectively manage unit status and material readiness program, plan for mobilization and reserve component logistical training and support, produce succinct and professional military correspondence and possesses a keen knowledge of the Army's chain of command
Supervisory / Budget Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Task Order's Budget - Profit and Loss
- Responsible for overall management of all people and programs assigned to the Task Order
