
Supervisor – Continuous Improvement and Maintenance at Pic the Gift

Pic the Gift is hiring a full-time Supervisor to lead continuous improvement initiatives and support maintenance operations across our Creve Coeur and Wentzville locations.

Compensation & Benefits
- $65,000–$75,000 annually, depending on experience, plus bonus opportunity

Requirements
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs, equipment troubleshooting, and continuous improvement practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer proficiency for maintenance tracking and reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree, technical certification, or related experience
- Experience in manufacturing maintenance, equipment reliability, or process improvement
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience
- Lean or Six Sigma certification preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise maintenance operations to ensure equipment reliability and safety
- Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs
- Drive scrap reduction and process improvement initiatives
- Analyze workflows and identify operational efficiencies
- Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Improve and document maintenance procedures and SOPs
- Coordinate equipment repairs, upgrades, and vendor support
- Track maintenance and equipment performance metrics
- Partner with operations and leadership teams on continuous improvement efforts

- Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
- Ability to access and inspect production equipment and machinery
