About this Position As a Project Coordinator or Project Lead, you play a key role in ensuring the smooth delivery of creative projects by acting as the central link between stakeholders and graphic design teams. Your ability to organize workflows, anticipate challenges, and keep stakeholders aligned directly contributes to delivering high-quality outputs that support business goals. You will be part of a collaborative, fast-paced Shared Services environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and creative professionals. The role requires balancing multiple priorities while maintaining a clear overview of timelines, resources, and performance metrics. It offers the opportunity to influence continuous improvement through data-driven insights, while building strong partnerships across teams and adapting to evolving project needs with a proactive, solution-focused mindset. What you´ll do Manage incoming graphic design requests by overseeing intake, defining scope, and assigning tasks while aligning timelines, resources, and deliverables for seamless execution Track project progress and proactively communicate milestones, updates, and potential risks to stakeholders to ensure clear visibility and alignment Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clarity of roles, responsibilities, and expectations Identify potential project risks early and implement effective mitigation plans, demonstrating a proactive, solution-oriented mindset Consolidate feedback survey results and track team utilization and performance metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives
