Job Description
Blue Matter is a global consulting firm helping commercialize therapies that extend and improve human life. We've partnered with more than 350 pharmaceutical and biotechnology innovators worldwide to bring life-saving treatments to the patients who need them.
If you're looking for a consulting career that offers more than a paycheck, Blue Matter might be the place for you. Our strong team orientation, commitment to excellence, and distinctive culture have built a fantastic place to work with one of the lowest turnover rates in the industry.
Why Join Our Team?
We've intentionally built something different from the traditional consulting firm. Joining us means working on therapies and technologies that change lives, pairing deep scientific knowledge with sharp strategic thinking to help biopharma innovators reach their full clinical and commercial potential.
Our culture sets us apart. We learned long ago that happy, engaged team members produce the best outcomes for clients. Plus, creating a positive working environment is simply the right way to run a company. You'll feel respected, included, and genuinely heard as part of a tight-knit team that works well together and builds lasting friendships through volunteer activities, social events, and regular company gatherings.
We actively welcome new perspectives. Bring forward a compelling idea, and you'll have the chance to pitch it. If the case is strong, then you might have the opportunity (and the resources) to turn it into reality, whether it’s a piece of thought leadership or an entirely new service offering.
Career development here is more than a talking point. Transparent expectations, biannual performance reviews, and a dedicated Career Coach for every team member keep you moving forward. Blue Matter Academy (BMA) offers learning programs tailored to where you are in your career…and where you want to go.
Because great work isn't tied to a location, you'll have the tools and flexibility to do your best work whether you're near one of our offices or fully remote, backed by competitive compensation and benefits that go beyond the standard package.
We're always interested in connecting with talented candidates. If you don't see a current opening in your target location, check back as new roles open up.
