DSP Group Home Caregiver - FT & PT's, 2nd & 3rd shifts!

A Great Opportunity / $17.75-$18.75 per hour/ FT AND PT, 2NDS AND 3RD SHIFTS AVAILABLE. WEEKENDS NEEDED.

Responsibilities may include:
- Providing direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities – our goal is to foster increased independence, choice and empowerment while assuring that their health and safety needs are being met at all times.
- Administering site training to new hires.
- Assisting with shift coverage as needed.
- Supervising, teaching and assisting individuals in all aspects of his/her life.
- Completing various household tasks including meal preparation and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.
- Providing personal care assistance.
Requirements for this position include:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Ohio driver's license and car insurance.
- Motor Vehicle Record Must meet ViaQuest's Authorized Driver Criteria
- Can push, lift or carry up to 50 lbs. and can climb, balance, kneel and crouch.
- Experience in the field of developmental disabilities or direct care is preferred but not required.
