LITIGATION COORDINATOR

JOB SUMMARY JOB SUMMARY Represent NAPCO National at all labor cases. Manage legal claims; develop a solution for any situation to resolve litigation cases in coordination with in-house and external lawyers. Facilitate further implementation of plan, policy and procedure relating to risk management, and ensure the organization meets legal business governance.
