Production Supervisor

Resumen This role leads production teams, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Responsabilidades Mains Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to meet output, quality, and delivery goals. Lead, coach, and develop production operators and team leaders. Monitor production performance metrics (KPIs) such as efficiency, scrap, downtime, and productivity. Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Implement and support continuous improvement initiatives (Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen). Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, Logistics) to resolve production issues. Manage staffing levels, shift schedules, and overtime as required. Ensure proper use of materials, equipment, and resources to optimize costs. Investigate and resolve production issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions. Maintain accurate production records and reports. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field preferred. 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role. Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems. Experience with Lean Manufacturing tools (5S, Kaizen, Six Sigma is a plus). Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
