ROLE PURPOSE
We are looking for a dynamic Account Sales Manager to drive growth by working closely with our partners. This role requires strategic thinking, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to manage multiple aspects of the sales process.
Key Responsibilities
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Achieve sales targets by building and maintaining strong partner relationships
- Plan and negotiate budgets and action plans with partners
- Develop and execute impactful sales promotions
- Manage inventory and coordinate shipments efficiently
- Analyse market trends and formulate effective strategies
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- 10+ years’ experience in a similar market is an advantage but not mandatory, what matters most is the ability to take initiative and deliver results with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Proven track record in sales management (10+ years preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability
