About the role: We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Administration Intern to support our daily administrative operations, logistical support, corporate culture implementation, and compliance facilitation.
In this role, you will be a key driving force behind constructing an efficient, safe, and welcoming workplace environment. Serving as a crucial hub for internal and external communication across all levels, you will help deliver high-quality logistical support to all business units through standardized and meticulous administrative management.
What you will be expected to do
- Oversee the full lifecycle of office supplies and fixed assets, including spatial planning and cost control, to maintain an efficient and orderly workplace.
- Support the HR team to drive the execution of corporate culture initiatives, employee benefits, and milestone care programs to enhance team cohesion.
- Manage corporate reception, travels, and daily logistics to ensure seamless and efficient business correspondence.
- Supervise administrative vendors, including cost reconciliation, utilities tracking, and petty cash management.
- Support HR team to ensure workplace environment, health, and safety (EHS) compliance while serving as the primary liaison for property management and facilities maintenance.
- Provide cross-departmental and compliance support, including document drafting, new joiner onboarding setup, and archive management.
- Address and resolve miscellaneous administrative emergencies and other ad-hoc tasks as required.
You might be a strong candidate if you have/are
- Hold an Associate degree or higher (open to all majors), with 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with reliable data organization and document collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized, with the patience and dedication required to manage meticulous daily operations.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a highly execution-driven mindset and the ability to proactively report on work progress.
- A strong service-oriented mindset, with prior experience in event planning or activity coordination highly preferred.
