Transportation Planner/Engineer CM

This position functions as a fully competent professional and Project Manager in all aspects of the subject matter of assignments. Develops and evaluates plans for various assignments including tasks done by others. Assesses the feasibility and soundness of proposal preparation. Performs and manages complex, sensitive professional planning and/or design projects, research and analysis, strategy and/or concept development, oversees specialized planning functions. Typical projects: long range, regional, and multi-modal transportation planning studies, and corridor studies and/or planning and initial design for transportation improvements for specific segments or intersection projects. Is expected to manage clients, track project budgets, engage in business development.
