Senior Landscape Architect/Planner CM

The Sr LA/Planner is responsible for planning and designing various community facilities and places. Staff at this level lead or are significantly involved with larger, more complex assignments, spearheading project assignments, involving day-to-day task management, staffing, scheduling and technical responsibilities and client coordination. The position involves exercising greater independence and judgment, receiving general supervision from senior management. Projects include various work with public and private clients and other departments in Creighton Manning -A GAI Company. The Sr LA/Planner assists with PM and business development activities.
