
Senior Process Consultant (Circular economy)
Job Description
Essence of the Senior Process Consultant position:
Contributes to IT development projects with performing process consulting tasks to ensure the delivery of value adding and high quality IT solutions.
Analyses, designs Group level processes and standards, defines process improvement initiatives, process metrics, monitoring. Collects, reconciles, communicates and iterates business requirements in their domain, drives the preparation of feasibility studies, professional estimations, business cases, develops decision supporting materials. Supports the business readiness and business acceptance processes.
As Senior Process Consultant, coordinates the professional work of development, operation teams and responsible experts.
Main responsibilities:
Cooperates closely with Circular Economy Business Process Owners, Center of Excellence leaders and experts, ERP strategy/operation executives, Digital Leads, Senior Domain Experts, Developers, Operators, Application Architects, Product Delivery Mangers and Business Analysts
Owns Circular Economy business processes on tactical level.
Provides process direction by developing process vision, strategy and objectives.
Develops and implements process improvement initiatives. Defines the process and monitors process performance.
Develops and manages policies and procedures related to the process. Ensures process adoption, safeguards continuous improvement.
Coordinates and owns the business requirement specifications of Circular Economy area, in-line with domain business and IT strategy.
Assists the business process and system owners in defining developments and the associated acceptance criteria.
Participates in Functional Specification preparation.
Models the "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, expected system interactions. Models the data requirements. Designs master data management process in domain level.
Defines the scope and schedule, coordinates, manages and supervises the testing activity (integration and user acceptance tests).
Identifies change management impacts, create plans for and carry out the change management activities.
Manages, reviews, approves the training materials. Manages handover to business and participates in modification of the relevant service catalogue item.
Coordinates IT development processes, projects and System Improvement Requests in their area and provides quality assurance for process changes carried out by other team members.
Builds contemporary knowledge of solutions, industry benchmarks and trends in their area, proactively collects, communicates best practices to development teams and peers.
Development support:
Works closely with Circular Economy managers, ERP strategy/operation executives, other Senior Process Consultants, relevant Unit Leader, and performs the tasks assigned as per agreed deadlines, quality and scope
Works closely with Team Leaders, Developers, Operators in his/her domain and with the experts of other domains to design high quality solutions and interfaces
Works closely with Super Users, Key Users and functional area experts maintains and improves their system specific knowledge. Trains and develops team members.
Provides guidance to team members to guide their work and support their development.
Supervises Integration Testing Cycles and Cut-Over activities.
Main requirements:
Educational Background: Higher professional, Information Technology, Engineering or Economics degree
Experience: 7+ years professional experience in IT Business analyst or IT Business partnering
