Our client, a rapidly growing global organization, is seeking an AI Innovation professional to drive their external AI ecosystem and accelerate the adoption of cutting鈥慹dge technologies across the business.
This is a highly strategic and hands-on role focused on identifying emerging AI capabilities, building strong partnerships, and translating innovation into scalable, enterprise-wide solutions.
The Opportunity
As part of the AI innovation function, you will sit at the center of innovation鈥攃onnecting external AI advancements with internal business priorities. You鈥檒l play a key role in shaping how the organization discovers, evaluates, and deploys next-generation AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Own the AI innovation pipeline by identifying and evaluating emerging technologies, vendors, and research partners
Translate innovation into impact by turning AI pilots and prototypes into scalable, production-ready solutions
Lead cross-functional integration across data, engineering, and infrastructure teams
Manage strategic vendor relationships, including commercial terms, performance, and delivery outcomes
Drive responsible AI adoption, ensuring alignment with governance, risk, and compliance standards
Launch and scale AI initiatives with clear KPIs and measurable business impact
What Our Client Is Looking For
Experience
Proven success integrating AI or advanced technologies into enterprise environments
Experience working with external vendors and managing partnerships or commercial agreements
Strong understanding of modern AI ecosystems (e.g., LLMs, RAG architectures, vector databases)
Background in driving adoption and change across cross-functional teams
Familiarity with AI governance, risk, and compliance considerations
Core Capabilities
Strategic thinker with strong execution ability
Commercially minded with negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to bridge technical and business teams effectively
Strong program and project leadership experience
