- $10,000 Signing Bonus for Experienced, Truck-Ready Leaders with 3-5+ year of experience
- Our Lead Installers typically earn between $75,000 to over $100,000 per year. Base hourly rate is $18-$25/hr based on experience. + install bonuses. We pay "flat rate" for installs.

JOB DUTIES
Highly skilled Lead Installation Technician who demonstrates advanced expertise in HVAC installation and system startup, with a strong commitment to customer service, precision, efficiency, and field leadership.

- Lead installations with confidence and set the standard in the field
- Coach and develop installers on proper procedures
- Completion of at least 80% of jobs without missing materials
- Proficient in ServiceTitan (preferred) documentation and on-site payment collection
- Execute clean, code-compliant low and high voltage wiring
- Solid understanding of duct sizing and design principles
- Consistent execution of flawless startups and precision system charging
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly and independently
- Install line sets and line hide with professional, showroom-quality results
