The financial controller oversees the day to day activities of the finance team and ensures the company finance function if organized and efficient and produces accurate financial and management accounts.
Management of the finance function and overseeing the finance team.
Preparation of budgets, forecasts and cash flows.
Maintenance of financial ledgers and accounting processes
Preparation of monthly consolidated Pand L and balance sheet.
Timely production of statutory and internal financial reports.
Implementation and maintenance of all financial controls and systems within the business.
Cash management and treasury duties.
Ensuring that appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.
Overseeing the payroll process.
Overseeing all tax regulatory compliance issues.

More than 10 years experience in similar position
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA (or equivalent) with previous financial control and management reporting experience.
Experience in aviation industry would be advantageous
You will be able to demonstrate your experience of managing an accounting team.
The candidate should be a confident self-starter, with the ability to operate in a dynamic environment.
You must be able to demonstrate good attention to detail, good judgment showing logical decision making, and a hands on approach.
Computer literate with excellent excel skills and solid understanding of relevant accounting software principles.
