Mesa seeks a motivated Substation Physical Group Lead to manage a physical design team working on projects for a client with a growing workload. Position requires approximately 70% project work and 30% management. Responsibilities include monitoring budget and schedule, assigning resources to a project, communication and collaboration with the client's project managers and project engineers, collaborating and mentoring with design teams.
