DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) will utilize a person-centered approach to facilitate the personal growth and development of each individual through: advocacy of their individual rights, program implementation, documentation and community involvement. The DSP will also help maintain a nurturing, safe and healthy living environment that is free from abuse and neglect.
