Job Summary
M Chest Pharmacy is seeking a detailed and task-oriented team player to join the Shipping Department at our Sulphur Springs, Texas location! The Shipping Clerk works with all pharmacy staff to ensure that all deliveries leave the pharmacy with accuracy on time. This position assists the Shipping Supervisor with problem-solving as needed and supports pharmacy operations.

Job Summary
M Chest Pharmacy is seeking a detailed and task-oriented team player to join the Shipping Department at our Sulphur Springs, Texas location! The Shipping Clerk works with all pharmacy staff to ensure that all deliveries leave the pharmacy with accuracy on time. This position assists the Shipping Supervisor with problem-solving as needed and supports pharmacy operations.
Responsibilities
- Works with the pharmacy staff so that all deliveries leave the pharmacy on time.
- Package and organize medications in a safe and efficient manner to prevent damage, spoilage and loss.
- Confirm correct medication is in correct bin for the facility.
- Supports and completes all tasks required in the Shipping Department with thoroughness and works on additional and varied operational tasks as assigned by the Shipping Supervisor.
- Understanding of Facility Route assignments
- Provides input with process development and improvement.
- Supports and completes all tasks required in the Shipping Department and works on additional tasks as assigned by the Shipping Coordinator.
- Provides support with upgrading and organizing processes, such as development of barcode sheets, development of Department process manuals.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid and clear Driver License
Preferred Qualifications
- One (1) year experience in shipping preferred.
Working Conditions
- Mobility within the work environment necessary to perform job duties.
- Ability to lift, carry, push, bend, reach, grasp, perform fine manipulations, etc., necessary to perform job duties.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
