Job Description
The Partner of Strategy Management plays a critical role in enabling the successful creation of Envision Healthcare’s organizational strategy. This role manages the strategic governance process—providing structure, visibility, and alignment for key initiatives. This individual serves as a connective force between the strategic planning process and executive leadership, helping ensure accountability, transparency, and alignment. This role will be partnered extensively with the finance team and coordinate the transition to the transformation office for implementation. The ideal candidate excels in stakeholder coordination, strategic communication, enterprise-level thinking, and a collaborative mindset to help translate strategic vision into actionable initiatives that improve operational performance and growth.
