Job Description
The Senior Manager, Oracle Cloud Fusion Technical Services leads the technical delivery team responsible for building, integrating, and sustaining the organization’s Oracle Cloud Fusion platform. Operating across HCM, Payroll, ERP, EPM, and PPM modules, this leader directs a team of 4-6 engineers who design and deliver Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations, Visual Builder Studio (VBS) applications, HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL loaders, advanced OTBI/BIP reporting, and related technical solutions. Technical leadership role; not functional or business analyst in nature. They bring deep hands-on Oracle Cloud experience- CI/CD pipelines, Git-based branching and version control, automated testing, and Agile delivery practices. and serve as the primary technical liaison to the HRIS and Accounting Information Systems (AIS) teams, ensuring that feature and integration work is delivered in ways that are predictable, well-tested, and operationally sustainable.
