LOCATION: South of Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, NW corner of W. Airport Freeway (Hwy. 183) and Valley View Lane

COMPENSATION: Commensurate based on experience.
SUMMARY: Responsible for writing primary catalog entries and working with Consignment Directors to research and write narrative entries for feature items for our wide-ranging Music & Entertainment auctions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Research, identify, and create descriptions for the catalog
- Accurately and concisely write condition reports
- Assist with inquiries and communicate with clients professionally and knowledgeably
- Write catalog essays as needed
- Assist with authentication
- Proofread catalogs and essays
- Assist with catalog production and coordinate with the Marketing department
- Actively participate in previews and auctions
- Other duties may be assigned
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to pay great attention to detail, from visual analysis of objects to editing catalogs
- Must have a positive attitude with excellent customer service skills
