Structural Engineer- Highway/Road Infrastructure (Tarlac)

We are seeking a Licensed Civil/Structural Engineer with 5–10 years of experience in structural design and construction for infrastructure, road, and highway projects. The role involves ensuring the structural integrity, safety, and compliance of all project components through proper design review, analysis, and site coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for infrastructure, road, and highway-related structures (e.g., bridges, retaining walls, culverts)
• Review and evaluate structural drawings, plans, and calculations
• Ensure all designs comply with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
• Coordinate with project engineers, contractors, and consultants on structural matters
• Conduct site inspections and monitor structural works for compliance and quality
• Provide technical support and solutions for structural issues encountered on-site
• Prepare reports, documentation, and design recommendations
• Assist in project planning, scheduling, and cost control related to structural works

Qualifications:

• Licensed Civil Engineer (PRC)
• 5–10 years of experience in structural engineering, preferably in infrastructure, road, or highway projects
• Strong knowledge of structural design codes and standards
• Proficiency in structural design software (e.g., STAAD, ETABS, SAP2000) and AutoCAD
• Experience in both design and site supervision is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and coordination abilities

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in bridge or large-scale infrastructure projects
• Familiarity with DPWH standards and structural requirements
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects
