
Corporate Quality Assurance Manager
Job Description
The Quality Assurance Manager is the enterprise leader responsible for developing, governing, and continuously improving the company’s Quality Management System (QMS). This role ensures that all products and services—from valve repair and testing to DCS/reliability systems and rotating equipment—meet internal standards, regulatory requirements, OEM specifications, and customer expectations.
This is a high visibility, hands on leadership role with authority to standardize quality practices, drive compliance, and influence operational performance across multiple business units and service centers.
