Job Description

We are looking for an Experienced Service Delivery Manager to join Business Technology Services at Stora Enso starting as soon as possible. 

  

You will be joining Data & Network Services Tower Team focusing on Unified Communication and Telecommunication in general. 

You will be located in Ostrava, Czechia and report to Head of Data & Network Services.

Purpose 

Service Delivery Manager ensures that all Unified Communication & telecommunication-related services are delivered efficiently, securely, and in compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.  

Services: 

  • Mobile Voices services & Mobile Data services 

  • Fixed Voice & Data Services 

  • Satellite data and Voice services 

  • SMS and messaging services 

  • Contact-center services 

  • Video broadcasting and event delivery ecosystem 

Your responsibilities 

  • This role focuses on maintaining high service quality, optimizing delivery processes, and aligning service offerings with business objectives. 

  • Oversees the daily delivery of Unified Communication & telecommunications Services and ensures compliance with service contracts. This role focuses on maintaining high service quality, optimizing delivery processes, and aligning service offerings with business objectives. 

  • Acting as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Unified Communications domain, the role provides support and consultancy for telephony and mobile data inquiries through direct consultations and participation in relevant projects. 

  • Drives delivery of IT Services & Occasional Projects 

  • Stakeholder, customer management, vendor and resource management 

  • Process improvement and optimization, collaboration and knowledge Sharing 

What will you bring 

  • Good knowledge of Unified Communications, Telecommunication and related products 

  • Business driven mindset 

  • Strong verbal and written communication, excellent interpersonal skills

  • English (B2+) 

  • Strong stakeholder & vendor relationship management, analysis and interaction abilities 

  • Good inside into Data & Telecommunication 

  • Experience with IT governance 

  • Operational and strategic experience with ITIL (ServiceNow)
