PRN 1099 Speech-Language Pathologist – Glendale Clinic
Arbor Therapy is seeking a PRN 1099 Speech-Language Pathologist to support our Glendale clinic team! In this flexible contractor role, you will provide compassionate, evidence-based speech and language services to children and young adults with a variety of communication, feeding, and developmental needs. Opportunities may include completing evaluations and assisting with make-up sessions based on clinic and client needs.

We are especially interested in speech-language pathologists with experience in pediatrics, early intervention, developmental disabilities, feeding disorders, and autism spectrum disorders.

Requirements
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Arizona Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) through ASHA preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of pediatric clinical experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Article 9 Certification or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current professional liability (malpractice) insurance meeting Arbor Therapy requirements
- Ability to independently evaluate, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for pediatric clients
- Experience providing speech-language therapy services to children with developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, speech sound disorders, language disorders, and related diagnoses
- Experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) assessment and intervention preferred
- Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with families, caregivers, physicians, educators, and interdisciplinary team members
- Ability to maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with company, state, payer, and regulatory requirements
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between clinic locations, if applicable
- Ability to pass all required background checks and credentialing requirements
Independent Contractor Requirements
- Must maintain own professional liability insurance.
- Responsible for maintaining all required professional licenses, certifications, and continuing education requirements.
- Must be eligible to work as an independent contractor under applicable state and federal regulations.
- Ability to provide services during clinic hours based on client demand and contractor availability.
