About the Role
As an Indirect Buyer (d/f/m), you’ll take ownership of sourcing activities across indirect categories in the DACH region, driving projects end-to-end and delivering measurable value. You act as a trusted partner to stakeholders, balancing business needs with procurement standards while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and strong outcomes. With a hands-on and solution-oriented mindset, you proactively identify opportunities, solve challenges, and contribute to continuous improvement within the team.
What you will do
Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, select suppliers, and manage end-to-end sourcing processes—ensuring tangible value delivery
Coordinate sourcing activities (mainly €100k–€500k) across DACH, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and smooth execution
Lead supplier negotiations, contract management, and onboarding while monitoring supplier performance
Build strong stakeholder relationships and foster collaboration by sharing best practices and driving transparent communication
Drive cost-saving initiatives and process improvements in a dynamic environment
Contribute to a collaborative and inclusive team culture
Who you are
Degree in Procurement, Business, or similar field
Experience in sourcing, supplier and contract management, as well as stakeholder engagement
Experience with procurement tools (e.g. SAP, Ariba)
Strong communication skills and confidence working with diverse stakeholders
Team-oriented, adaptable, and solution-driven mindset
Fluent in German and English
