In this position, your role is to provide specialized expertise in payroll, ensuring that payroll processes are carried out effectively and in compliance with international standards.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Process the monthly payroll from A to Z, ensuring compliance with social and fiscal regulations and correct and timely calculation and payment of wages.
Oversee the collection and validation of payroll data, ensuring its availability and accuracy on digital platforms.
Plan and organize clients' payroll compliance requirements.
Process and review full-cycle payroll for multiple clients with low to medium complexity, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
Conduct research on specific customer queries and systemic issues, providing informed solutions and insights.
Play an active role in continuously improving the way of working and strive for operational excellence.
Act as a point of contact for questions regarding social legal legislation for employees and stakeholders within the organisation.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce or a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy/Taxation.
Fluency in English, as well as Dutch or French.
Appetite for numbers and for contact with people from all over the globe.
