Job Title: HR Advisor
Location: Hyderabad Function: Human Resources – Operations
About This Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized HR Operations Specialist to support end-to-end employee lifecycle management. This role is critical in ensuring seamless execution of HR processes, maintaining data integrity, and delivering a high-quality employee experience aligned with organizational and compliance requirements.
Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring all documentation, system updates, and compliance requirements are met
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Payroll, IT, Admin) for smooth employee transitions
Maintain accurate employee records and documentation in HR systems and shared repositories
2. HR Operations & Transaction Support
Execute day-to-day HR operational activities, including employee data changes, confirmations, transfers, and separations
Support issuance of employee letters (offer, appointment, experience, etc.) in a timely and accurate manner
Handle employee queries and provide resolution within defined SLAs
3. Payroll & Benefits Coordination
Partner with payroll teams to ensure accuracy of employee data inputs and timely processing
Support benefits administration, including insurance, leave records, and statutory compliance inputs
Validate and track HR transactions impacting payroll
4. HR Systems & Data Management
Maintain and update HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, Dayforce, or equivalent) with high data accuracy
Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders
Ensure data confidentiality and adherence to privacy standards
5. Compliance & Documentation
Ensure adherence to statutory requirements and internal HR policies
Maintain audit-ready documentation for employee records and HR processes
Support internal and external audits as required
6. Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and external vendors for seamless process execution
Track hiring/onboarding workflows and ensure closure within defined timelines, reflecting practices seen in recruitment operations tracking and coordination.
Basic Qualifications
1+ yr experience working in HR processes, documentation, and supporting end to end employee lifecycle management
Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and timeliness
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and HR systems
Preferred Qualifications
MBA / Postgraduate in HR or related field
Prior experience in HR Operations or Shared Services environment preferred

Flexibility in terms of timing as the candidate will be supporting multiple geographies – India, Middle East, Australia, South East Asia
