Responsibilities Drive analytics-driven product operations, enhancing adoption and penetration of key features through creator education, marketing events and showcases. Conduct in-depth analysis of user behavior and pain points, creator dynamics, and product functionalities to refine operational strategies. Apply knowledge of user-generated content platforms, marketplace ecosystems or global team environments to contextualize market analysis and enhance product recommendations. Define clear success metrics, conduct post-event analysis, prepare reports for senior team members, and refine future operational strategies. Partner closely with cross-functional global teams to ensure alignment on key objectives and timelines, driving impact and operational efficiency. Mentor junior-level team members.

Qualifications Must have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Management, Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Management, Business Administration, Analytics (any), Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.

Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Content marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign management; Developing and maintaining content partnerships, affiliate programs, and creator collaborations, to increase audience engagement and sales growth; Planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns, including paid advertisements, influencer marketing, and promotional events to drive conversions; Building and streamlining processes and workflows using Jira, and tracking projects status and milestones and coordinating cross-functional alignment to ensure timely execution of deliverables; Executing go-to-market, product launch, and product marketing plan by creating product positioning and messaging, user-facing demos, presentations, and marketing content; and Business development within the social media industry, including industry research, strategic networking, and pitching for positive return on investment.

Travel Requirement: Domestic and international travel required up to 20%.

Type: Full time, 40 hours/week Location: San Jose, CA Salary Range: $186222 - $202667 per year
