GENERAL PURPOSE SUMMARY Develops a working knowledge of operations, policies, and procedures in a specific area of the bank during an internship period, and completes administrative and project-based tasks consistent with job specifications provided by the bank by performing the following essential duties and responsibilities: Note: Being an intern at First National Bank Alaska is not a guarantee of future employment with the organization. Develops knowledge and understanding of various segments of bank’s operations, policies and procedures through on-the-job training and by observing more experienced personnel. Completes assigned tasks and may assist with projects under supervisor’s direction by applying obtained knowledge and skills. Performs other work-related duties as assigned by supervisor. COMPLIANCE EXPECTATIONS Stay up to date on relevant laws and regulations and complete all compliance training on time. Knowledgeable of and comply with bank policies, procedures, laws, and regulations that apply to you and your job. Maintain customer confidence and protect the bank’s operations by identifying and protecting confidential information.
