The Langham, Jakarta is looking for top qualified recruits!
- Minimum 2 years experience as similar position in Luxury Hotel or Premium Restaurant
- Diploma are required. Degree in Culinary management is preferable
- Attention to detail, speed and accuracy
- Good understanding in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
- Has knowledge and understand to food cost
- A team player with positive and good attitude
- Ability to motivate the team and create goal mindset
- Good communication in English both verbally and writing
