The Langham, Jakarta is looking for top qualified recruits! 

 

  • Minimum 2 years experience as similar position in Luxury Hotel or Premium Restaurant
  • Diploma are required. Degree in Culinary management is preferable
  • Attention to detail, speed and accuracy
  • Good understanding in HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point)
  • Has knowledge and understand to food cost
  • A team player with positive and good attitude
  • Ability to motivate the team and create goal mindset
  • Good communication in English both verbally and writing
