Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans

• Maintain accurate documentation and therapy records

Qualifications:

• Active OT license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Skilled nursing or rehab experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
