Job Overview:
Fintech specializes in the development of co-branded credit card programs for airlines. This role focuses exclusively on customer interaction, assisting clients with account openings and cancellations, as well as executing retention processes for specific airline brands. Responsibilities include verifying minimum payments, explaining benefits offered with each airline, and guiding customers on how to log in using mobile devices.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Provide high-quality customer service and handle intake disputes

  • Execute customer retention processes for airline accounts

  • Process account updates such as address changes and profile picture updates during follow-up interactions

Qualifications:

  • Strong customer service skills

  • Excellent listening and communication abilities

  • Previous fintech experience preferred
